How long does it take to get my order?
All orders are processed as soon as we receive them and are usually shipped within 48 hours after receiving
confirmation of payment. All orders are shipped via regular ground delivery by Canada Post to their destination.
Most Canadian destinations 3 - 14 days. The continental U.S. in about 7 - 21 days.
Will anyone know what or from who I am ordering?
Absolutely not, your privacy is our first priority, all orders/correspondence is sent in plain envelopes and packaging...always.
Our name does not appear anywhere on the outside of any correspondence with you. Only the letters TMN will appear
on your credit card or banking statements when shopping online with us.
Do you sell or rent your mailing lists to other businesses?
We never rent, sell, or trade this information to any other business...NEVER!

Can I send my purchase as a gift to someone?
You sure can...just write the address in the appropriate section on the bottom of the order form. Using the shopping cart/credit card or an Email Money Transfer for your purchase, you will have a chance to send us a message during the checkout process - please use this opportunuty to let us know your intentions eg. Send as a Gift - Request Free Gift Wrapping - What's The Ocassion, Etc.?

Is the on-line catalogue and the paper catalogue the same?
NO, the print catalogue is published less frequently and the website is updated regularly.
Can I pre-order? When purchasing by cheque or money-order?
Definitely! This will save time, we can prepare your order and ship when payment arrives.

If I host my own party does it cost me anything?
Absolutely not. In fact, you will receive free merchandise of your choice based on total party sales. We bring the toys and you invite the guests! Plus, you may want to plan on preparing some finger foods and drinks. We leave that up to you.
