Our Return Policy

Our priority is to ensure you are completely satisfied with every purchase. However, we adhere to the industry standard policy of "ABSOLUTELY NO RETURNS". To understand this policy, ask yourself if you would want to use a product that had already been shipped to someone else. When you receive your package, please check the package to make sure there is no carrier damage. If your package is damaged or you received a product that is defective, we will make it right but we DO NOT accept returns.

All products are tested at the factory before they are shipped. Occasionally, from time-to-time a customer can receive a defective product, as we do not open your purchase to see if it works like other companies. Our fingers do not touch the product at all. We only do a visual check where possible. If you receive a defective product, please see below for our email address to contact us immediately.

We do not give refunds on any VHS/DVD/CD purchases. Only a replacement of same value.
